Managing 32+ distinct project entities, each operating as its own financial entity, created significant administrative challenges for Indecon’s team.

      “It’s good for accuracy because it doesn’t sync something that’s incorrect, even if it’s just a matter of the date being wrong,” explains Shannon. “I love how if something is incorrect or there’s an error, you can just click to it, and you can then go to it in Xero or Procore.”

      Streamlined Client Billing

      OneCore’s client billing feature allows Indecon to present invoice line items as totals rather than split details, creating more professional client-facing documentation while maintaining detailed records internally.

      Responsive Support

      Indecon has been impressed with the knowledge and responsiveness of the OneCore team. “They’re so good and very, very knowledgeable—they always know more than us,” Shannon says. “Support response time is less than half a day, and issues get fixed quickly.”

      The team appreciates that OneCore and Procore collaborate before presenting solutions. “There have been times where Procore and OneCore meet up and then come back to us after they’ve spoken about things technically. It always feels like they want to provide us with the best solution and consider every corner of our business to see what the priorities are.”

        Future Plans

        Looking ahead, Indecon is exploring additional OneCore capabilities, particularly the integration of timesheets and payroll between Procore and Xero. “We would love for that to also be integrated so that we can do everything in Procore, and then Xero can just be a copy,” shares Shannon.

        The company also plans to fully implement the AP Processing module in the coming month, which they anticipate will transform their invoice management process and deliver substantial time savings.
