“We were very much paper-based, with lots of manual systems and Excel spreadsheets,” Renee explains. “It’s pretty typical for this industry, but we knew it was exposing us to risks.”

Additionally, the add-on AP Invoice Processing module has streamlined the accounts payable process, cutting an additional 10 hours per week from their workflow.

As fgf continues to expand, OneCore’s ability to handle increasing transaction volumes provides peace of mind. “We’re finding we’re reaching API limits with MYOB due to our volume,” Renee notes. “But Interfy is working with us to help resolve that.”

Looking ahead

fgf Developments is already planning to further leverage their Procore and OneCore integration. Next on the horizon is implementing direct labour time entry through Procore, which will feed seamlessly into their payroll system via OneCore.
