KEKS were using Xero, Procore Financials and Excel spreadsheets to track project costs for 3 years. Their internal systems were inefficient, as they were triple handling accounts payable and receivable invoices, and double handling the approval process.

She would process payments in Xero.  When a supplier or subcontractor would contact the project team about payment of their bill, the project team member would need to contact accounts and get back to the supplier or subcontractor. The toing and froing was constant and inefficient.
