Company background
Verdecon is a residential construction company undergoing rapid growth. Based in Sydney’s eastern suburbs and NSW’s Northern Rivers region, they handle projects ranging from $1-3 million to up to $10 million. A B Corp certified company, they focus on responsible building practices and minimising their environmental impact.
Challenges
As Verdecon underwent rapid growth, they upgraded from Corecon to Procore, but faced significant issues integrating the project management software with Xero.

3. AP Processing
AP Processing automates manual accounts payable processes by reading invoices. This allowed Verdecon to streamline the processing subcontractor and purchase order claims.
